My favorite book is The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen. It’s about an orphan named Sage who gets caught in a nobleman’s plot to impersonate the lost prince, Jaron, since the rest of the royal family was recently poisoned. Telling everyone that they’re dead would result in a war on two fronts including a civil war to decide who going to be the next king. Sage and two other boys compete to learn how to fence, read, memorize the lay of the land, utilize proper manners, and to ride a horse. There’s a lot of backstabbing (sometimes literally), a bit of whipping, and virtual mountains of good storytelling (without getting too sappy). In fact, I think anyone can enjoy The False Prince.
The service at Five Guys is just great; it even comes with a free snack of salted peanuts! Be warned, a regular burger has two patties and the small fry is three or four time the McDonald's size. What Five Guys lacks for in atmosphere, it makes up for in service and quality. As for the fries' they beat anyone else's by a long shot, hands down. The burgers are not the best part since they serve some really good milk shakes. Even a grilled cheese or hot dog is an option!

October is cold nights, Halloween, brightly hued oaks and sycamores, a fire in the hearth and my grey jacket. ~ Axius |
